The Top Ten Concept Vans you Should Watch out For

As with the evolution of cars, the world of vans too has been susceptible to glamour and technology in its most futuristic and cutting edge forms, as concept vans in motor shows. Though you may not be able to find great van leasing deals for most of the concept van models, it still makes for an interesting read.

1. Volkswagen Crafter Atacama

Volkswagen promised to build the Crafter Atacama for the general public if they were game for it. Some wanted to provided it was revamped to a four wheel drive, the suspension was lifted and was converted in to a passenger car featuring a 2.5 liter engine under its bonnet.

2. Fiat 500L Vans Concept

Fiat combined horns with Vans the famed footwear giant from the US which led to the birth of the Fiat 500L Vans Concept. Interestingly the design was inspired by a skate. The one off vehicle which was unveiled in past July had on its grill four LED rings and even a rack for surfboards.

3. Volkswagen Caddy Topos Sail Design

The possibilities were simply endless with the 2008 Caddy Topos Sail Concept. It had that unmatched ability to make one wander in the clouds of the ocean as if on a holiday to a beach.

4. Nissan Beeline

Introduced way back in 2002 at the Tokyo Motor Show, the Beeline concept from the marque of Nissan has the distinctive achievement of retaining its futuristic aura even to this date. It a sort of a van and office rolled all into one with an asymmetrical configuration that may be considered to be a bit on the bizarre side. However, unfortunately, it found no takers.

5. Volkswagen e-Co-Motion

The third concept van to appear on our list yet, the Volkswagen e-Co-Motion was first set into motion at the Geneva Motor Show of 2013, it was in its most basic concept a van with an electric power train. It has a payload of 800 kgs and a cubed capacity that stands at 4.6 meters. However production is yet to be confirmed.

6. Citroen Tubik

One of the most open snouted vans, the Tubik was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show of 2011. Enough to seat nine people besides a cinema screen, the Tubik is rather for the transport of a large household rather than carrying things.

7. Volkswagen Amarok Power Pickup

Unveiled at the Worthersee festival in 2013 the Amarok Power Concept was the worthy successor to the Amarok Power- Pickup concept. They share similarity not only in name but also in styling machismo. VW Amarok Lease is a widely popular option among businesses leasing vehicles.

8. MINI Clubvan Concept

The Clubvan from MINI stood out from its inceptions due to the unique plastering on the side and the back of the unbelievable addenda “‘Hugh Buckingham Sign Writer”. It was no mere british sounding marketing gimmick either. As things turned out, Hugh Buckingham himself, is factually the father of one of the designers back at BMW.

9. Volkswagen AmaROCK

This Amarock concept van took the Worthersee tuning festival in 2014 by storm and that may be said to be auditorily literal and featured 22inch wheels.

10. Toyota U2

The Toyota U2 owes its inspiration in the hip, happening and urban USA. It’s cool and even comes equipped with an iPad.
